Exchanges and refunds will not be given due to incorrect shipping address, shipping delays, custom orders, made to order items. Requests of cancelations submitted after package has been shipped will not be refunded until original package is returned unopened.
Customers requesting exchanges/refund due to an error in Tessa M Design’s craftsmanship must send original item back and are responsible for added return shipping charges.
