  • Hours of operation
    Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm Closed holidays and weekends Emails and messages received on weekends and after 3:00pm on weekdays will get a response the next business day.
  • Shipping
    Orders are shipped via Canada Post regular mail with no tracking and can take up to 7-10 business days. We also have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping 2-5 business days if you are needing your item sooner. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and can not provide further information from what is offered with Canada Post. We are not responsible for parcels undeliverable or refused. Once your package has been returned to us you will have the option to pay for additional shipping or a partial refund after restocking fee. Shipping non-refundable. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If customs charges occur you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. International orders could take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. Wholesale orders excluded from free shipping.
  • Return/Refund policy
    Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied with it? Yes! Although we would love to have you love our jewellery as much as we do, we understand not all jewellery is to everyone's taste. We will gladly take it back unworn and unused, just reuse the thin shipping box it came in and it can be sent back to us via letter mail to: Tessa M Designs PO Box 25182 Rpo Deer Park, Red Deer, AB T4R 2M2 Canada Once we have received your item back we will send the refund asap. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the item to get back to us depending on your location. Send us an email if you have any questions or concerns about your return. Exchanges and refunds will not be given due to incorrect shipping address, shipping delays, custom orders, or custom alterations made to the item. Requests of cancelations submitted after package has been shipped will be refunded after the original package is returned unopened. Customers requesting exchanges/refund due to an error in Tessa M Design’s craftsmanship must send original item back. Once we receive the original item for inspection, we will issue an exchange, refund or shop credit. All Clearance items are final sale. Shipping is not refundable. We will not replace any lost or stolen items. Customer service is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please message me directly.
  • Jewellery care
    To help keep your jewellery looking beautiful clean with a soft polishing cloth if you notice any tarnishing. Avoid contact with hairsprays, perfume, lotions, and chlorine. Remember to take off your jewellery before bed to avoid breakage. After wear and store in a sealed bag or jewellery box away from other jewellery. Pieces set using raw stones should not be cleaned using a liquid cleaner as it may damage the stone. Gently wipe down metal with a cotton cloth or soft polishing cloth.
  • What metals do you use
    All my items are made with nickel free 925 sterling silver, solid gold, yellow gold-filled and rose gold-filled. We take pride in our work to create pieces that are not only durable but also delicately fashionable. Our gold-filled is made by heat and pressure-bonding a thin layer of karat gold to a brass (or other base metal) core. It is more durable and retains more value than gold-plated pieces. A great option for most jewellery sensitivity. Made with the planet in mind and created with recycled and ethically sourced components that are then hand formed, cut, soldered, set and polished in our studio.
  • How long will my order take to ship
    Please allow 2-3 days for ready made items and 3-5 days for made to order items. Made to order items include pieces with custom stones, ring sizes, and custom personalization. All custom orders are 6-8 weeks depending on design.
  • What if I do not know my ring size
    If available, find a local jewellery store near you to get your finger sized. or Download this FREE printable template here.
  • Can I pick up my order/ Market pick up
    I offer market pick up when they are available. Please see information on upcoming markets here to find out if this option is available for your order. If there are no markets posted, then market pick up is unavailable at that time. If market pick up is available to you, use coupon code LOCAL at check out and write in the notes which market you will be picking up from. Please note, some markets have a parking and or entry fee that you will be responsible for before entering the market. Unfortunately, studio pick up is unavailable due to city bylaws.
  • Payment options
    All orders MUST be paid in full before any product is shipped out. Online payment options are PayPal or Square. All custom orders require a 50% deposit before work is started and the remainder 50% due once complete, final payment must be received before order is shipped.
  • Wholesale terms and conditions
    Please verify stock is available prior to ordering, some designs/items are not available for wholesale pricing. Code will be given after communication has been made prior to ordering. Only verified businesses will qualify for wholesale pricing. Some items are limited stock between November - December for wholesale. Orders can take up to 14 business days to complete. Wholesale order must upgrade to wholesale shipping or your order may be delayed until shipping costs are paid. Orders are shipped in larger boxes and require a higher shipping cost.
